Today it was decided that I don't really need to create an ear as on my side view there are hear.
So, after my model was created I continued with material application.
From modify list I selected Unwrap UVW and we
nt to FACE sub object mode and switching off IGNORE THE BACKSPACES I selected the paint and holding SHIFT painted the model in red.
Then, from map parameters I selected CYLINDRIC- Align Y and scaled the cylindrical gizmo up.
Going out of cylindrical mode I clicked M and applied simple material to see how the real material will be applied. So now, clicking on EDIT the half of the face can be seen in
2D sketch.
Now, working with 2D drawing I made sure the constant update was on. I selected the sketch and positioned it inside the rectangular. So, now I could see the ''problem' areas of my model and to correct them I had to fix some points on my sketch, moving the points and lines.
